When I first saw the beautiful landscape and coffered ceilings at Parkway village, I knew I wanted to make this my home. The charm, rich history, and the 34-acres of land our community encompasses is one like no other. I have lived in Parkway Village since 2018 and I am hoping to work closely with both new and long-term residents to better our community.

I have been a resident of Queens for the past 27 years. I moved here from Hong Kong when I was a child and have resided in Queens ever since. I have a master’s degree in Adolescent Education and a bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences/Biology. I have worked as a high school science educator in the NYC Department of Education and a junior research scientist in the Neuroscience department at New York University. Currently, I work as a researcher and analyst in a globally recognized healthcare company.

Since joining the Board of Directors, I have founded the village’s first Communications Committee and brought my leadership skills to close the gap between the board and the shareholders. The members of the committee and I have significantly improved our website and brought back the voices of the community through the online feedback form. We also
conducted several shareholder interviews to get feedback on how to improve communications within our village. Let’s continue to do the work together to revive the beauty of Parkway Village.

I am a member of the Climate Change Slate and have served on the Parkway Village Board of
Directors since October 2021. Since that time significant progress has been made in restoring
freedom from fear and intimidation, ethical administration, and fiscal responsibility. If
reelected, we remain committed to building upon this solid foundation of achievement to make our Village an even better place to invest and live in.
